Order Cancellation

Orders will be automatically cancelled without payment within 7 days.
How to cancel an order that has been paid?
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be
eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for
a 90% refund.
Orders cancelled over 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for
a 60% refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Note. For rush orders like dresses to be delivered within 7 days, the cancellation might charged more than usual as the rush order process much faster.
Return
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you
receive your items to get a permission code if you want to return the item. Over
due claim for return will not be accepted.
Our service team will send you an email to confirm all the order information
with you within 1 working day after we get your payment. Please pay attention
to check your email to confirm order information. As your dress would enter
into process once the email sent out. We will process the order 100% conform to
the information in your order, if there is any mistakes made on our side,
you can get all your money back or require us to resend you the right item
free.
